Payment terms
If you re-purchase a new package within 3 months of completion of a laser skin package, the price will remain the same as the previous purchase.
Six Treatment packages
50% of purchase price (representing the cost of 2 treatments) will required at the first and third treatments Two complimentary treatments are offered after these have been taken.
Eight Treatment Packages (e.g. Acne)
50% purchase price of the package is required at the first treatment with the balance payable prior to commencement of the fourth treatment.
Hair removal
Full cost of the package is required at commencement and two complimentary treatments are included.
Combination areas must be used within the same appointment and cannot be split or shared
In most cases, six to eight treatments is all that it is required to achieve the desired result, but if further Laser Hair Removal treatments are needed after the completion of eight treatments, we promise to provide additional Laser Hair Removal treatments to you at 50% off.
- Offer only applies to treatment on the specific body part that has received the 8 treatments and does not apply to any other area of the body.
- 50% discount does not apply to specials or discounted pricing.
- 50% applies to the published Full Priced Individual treatments price at time of booking your appointment.
Lyte Laser Tattoo Removal
In most cases, 10 – 12 treatments is all that it is required to achieve maximum clearance of any tattoo.
However, if further Tattoo Removal treatments are needed after the completion of 12 treatments, we promise to provide up to an additional four Tattoo Removal treatments to you completely FREE to achieve maximum clearance for that tattoo.
Lyte Laser Clinic does not guarantee 100% clearance of all tattoos as varying factors such as depth, type of ink and colour of ink can contribute to not having 100% clearance.
Lyte Gift Certificate
- Gift Vouchers expire 12 months after date of purchase.
- Gift Vouchers are non refundable.
- They are redeemable for merchandise or services at Lyte Laser Clinic.
- Are not redeemable for cash
- Must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the certificate
- Will be void and will not be redeemed after expiry date.
- Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
- Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
- Purchases exceeding available balance require difference to be paid by other method.
- We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. To be fair to all clients, we ask all clients to respect our policy.
24 hrs notification is required for any appointment cancellations.
If less than 24 hrs notice is given, Lyte Laser Clinic reserves the right to charge 25% of the full priced treatment cost.
Appointments not attended will incur a charge of 25% of the full priced treatment cost.
Pre-Paid appointments not attended will forfeit the treatment from their package.
Refunds
No refunds are payable on product or individual treatments that have been provided.
No refunds are payable on discounted skin or hair packages after the 4th treatment.
