We offer flexible clinic hours to assist with busy schedules, including some evenings and Saturdays, however we do operate by appointment only.

Parking and access
Please feel free to take advantage of the on street parking on Unley Road or Dunks Street, or we do have a parking area available at the rear of the clinic.
Punctuality
As a matter of courtesy, if we are running behind schedule, we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number you have provided.
If you are running early, please wait in our waiting room until we come for you. We have a bell at reception you can ring to let us know you’ve arrived.
Out of respect for our other clients, we ask that you advise us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Arriving late may mean that your appointment may be shorter than your original time allotted for you and we may not be able to provide your full treatment.
Cancelling an appointment or don't attend
We will always attempt to contact you by SMS and/or email, as per the information you have provided, to confirm your appointment. We start this process usually 2 business days prior to your appointment.
We ask that you either confirm or cancel your appointment at this time.
Unless otherwise agreed, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A $50.00 cancellation fee will be payable when appointments are missed or cancelled without appropriate notice. If you have chosen to take advantage of the savings by purchasing a package, late cancellation or a no show will mean that an appointment will be deemed to have been taken.
Payment
Unless by prior arrangement, payment is required at time of your treatment. We have flexible payment plans available to suit any budget.

Your personal details
We keep your personal details secure within our in house system. They are not passed on or sold to third parties.
Should your medical details change, please note that it is your responsibility to inform
us at your subsequent appointments.

Personalised Gift Certificates are available for purchase. These can be ordered over the phone and sent directly to you or the person for whom the treatment is intended with a personalized message included.
